Hope Lennox is a designer driven by narrative, craft, and the creation of joyful objects. She graduated from Pratt Institute in 2020 with a BFA in Communications Design, where she developed a strong foundation in storytelling and concept development.

From 2020 to 2024, Hope worked as a Designer at Jonathan Adler, where she designed best-selling collections and gained extensive experience concepting and developing new products. 

Hope currently serves as an Assistant Designer for Tabletop and Seasonal at West Elm, designing across categories including dinnerware, table linens, and holiday decor. 

In parallel, Hope founded H • L Jewelry, where she designs and hand-makes one-of-a-kind pearl and glass crystal jewelry. Through this line, she explores materiality on an intimate scale, crafting pieces that feel playful and novel.

Across all mediums, I’m interested in how design can tell a story and bring a sense of joy into everyday life.
